Telecommunications Consultants India Ltd (TCIL) is a leading ISO – 9001 :2001 certified public sector undertaking. TCIL, a premier telecommunication consultancy and engineering company with a strong base in Telecommunication & Information Technology (IT), was incorporated in 1978 by Department of Telecommunications (DOT), Government of India under the aegis of Ministry of Communications, headed by Minister of Communications and Information Technology.

TCIL- IT
TCIL-IT is managed by ICSIL (Intelligent Communication Systems India Ltd.) a joint venture of TCIL, a govt. of India Enterprise & DSIIDC (Delhi State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation), a Delhi government undertaking. TCIL-IT have tie-up with many government agencies to impart computer education for career advancement.
Keeping in view the rising need for quality computer professionals, TCIL has introduced a gamut of comprehensive computer courses in Software and Hardware, through its countrywide network.
