On every product purchase done by you, you are earning Rs. 40/- & you are become a distributor, by product purchase of three independent agent A1, B1 & C1 who will be directly attached you.
One can book a unit by paying just Rs. 200/- for 1 unit. Remembering amount of Rs. 300/- for the unit may be paid before 6th level of his/her own. Then the customer can take the product from company store. If someone cannot pay the due within the specified period of time, company will adjust the same from the 6th level earning and the product will be issued to him/her. Booking amount will not be refundable.

| 1 | Applicant should be above 18 years & shall be Indian citizen |
| 2 | That the members are not employee of 'SMART'. |
| 3 | Participation in this business is purely voluntary. |
| 4 | The company is not laible to return the joining amount & any interest there on. |
| 5 | In case of any dispute, the Directors Decision is final and binding to all. |
| 6 | All the benefit incentives are payable by account payee cheque only through by post/courier. Payment less than Rs. 500/- is accumulated. |
| 7 | Company is not responsible for non-receiving payout cheque sent from the company to any member due to wrong or improper address. |
| 8 | The members joining plan shall not be sale, assign or transfer to any person. |
| 9 | In case of death of enrolled member the name will be changed in favour of nominee by showing legal documents. |
| 10 | Enrollment closing date 25th of every month. |
| 11 | Auto Re-entry system is available after 6th level. |
| 12 | TDS, Service charge, Development charges will deducted from every payment as per schedule. |
| 13 | The company reserve the rights to cancel the registration of any member if found voilating the rules set by the company without assigning any reason thereof. |
| 14 | The company reserve the right to change or amend any or in whole in the plan without prior notice. |
| 15 | All disputes shall be subject to Guwahati Jurisdiction only |
