At times, we undertake marketing of Flats etc. on Apartment basis also, if the project is more than one Apartment. We also undertake the selling of ready built Flats/ Houses/ Commercial if the Promoter/ Builder give us the selling of those units.

Our works

We show customer the flat, give customer all minute details about that flat including amenities. We replies all queries raised by customer facilitating him to take a right decision within least possible time. Besides, we arrange his or her loan as per requirement; arrange preparation of Income file, valuation & Insurance etc.

Booking

We have our own Booking form which contains every details of present and future transaction. We used to forward a copy of this booking form to Builder and customer as well. We take complete responsibility of time to time monetary dealing and booked flat preferably on rates fixed by Builder or Promoter. Any deviation in rates in booking flats only after taking approval of the Builder/ Promoter.

We remain with Builder till completion of project & there by, handing over to customers on receipt occupation certificate from concerned authorities.
