The training process at MAX WELL is very practical and down to earth, unlike in business schools where you are put through theoretical aspects of management: we concentrate on the practical aspects and use a hand-no-no theory classes. You will have to prove you have mastered each stage of training practically.

Level-01

Learning all aspects of hand-core marketing – practically and thoroughly institutional sales, direct sales and corporate sales.

Learning the importance, communication skills and qualities that enable you to handle all sots of situations in the fields.

Running impacts, crew meetings and special classes.

Being a role model for other in the office and be seen as a leader.

Level-03

Learning aspects of human resources management, interviews and recruitment.

Learning basics of accounts taxation, office-administration, reporting and banking activities etc.

Learning and managing warehousing inventory management, transportation, merchandise transfers etc.

Developing and implementing new strategies, understanding the psychology of tuning and office without supervision.

Level-04

Taking care of all aspects of office management as learned during. Running a profitable and successful branch office. Developing new managers.

Level-05

Managing multiple offices and helping them develop and expand further.
