Permanent Job at Government Registered India’s Largest Company MAX WELL requires various different official and unofficial post for Guwahati, Northeast and Bangladesh. We welcome all the HSLC to graduate appeared candidates for these various posts. Age should be below 18-26 years. Both male & Female can appear the interview. Free Lodging and accommodation, Salary negotiable according to the post (4,700-30,000 monthly). Chance to fly abroad. The training process at MAX WELL is very practical and down to earth, unlike in business schools where you are put through theoretical aspects of management: we concentrate on the practical aspects and use a hand-no-no theory classes. You will have to prove you have mastered each stage of training practically.

Level-01

Trainee (For 20/30 Days)

Learning all aspects of hand-core marketing – practically and thoroughly institutional sales, direct sales and corporate sales.

Learning the importance, communication skills and qualities that enable you to handle all sots of situations in the fields.

Learning to handle customers, developing relationship with customers and learning to take rejection.

Level-02

Team Leader (Trainer) (2/3 Month)

Trainer other developing a team, managing and learning a team, motivating them and helping there to achieve their targets.

Developing Leadership and management skills.

Running impacts, crew meetings and special classes.

Being a role model for other in the office and be seen as a leader.

Level-03

(1/2 Month) Assistant Manager (Sitting Job)

Learning aspects of human resources management, interviews and recruitment.

Learning basics of accounts taxation, office-administration, reporting and banking activities etc.

Learning and managing warehousing inventory management, transportation, merchandise transfers etc.

Developing and implementing new strategies, understanding the psychology of tuning and office without supervision.

Level-04

Manager

Taking care of all aspects of office management as learned during. Running a profitable and successful branch office. Developing new managers.

Level-05

Org. Manager

Managing multiple offices and helping them develop and expand further.
