Term & COndition :
1) All extra works/fittings, apart from above mentioned will be provided as per your requirement at any extra charges. But Front elevation will not be changed at any cost.
2) All legal and office expenses of A.S.E.B will be charged, extra for getting connection of external power supply for consumption, and electrification. COst of generator' will be borne by the all purchasers and its installation cost..
3) Expenses towards registration of provisional and final agreement for sale of flat will be borne by the individual purchaser(s).
4) If any case it is necessary to cancel allotted flat by the purchaser(s) then an amount equivalent to 100% of the booking amount for the flat shall be forfeited. Balance booking money will be refunded after getting next booking for the same flat.
5) If booking is cancelled after provisional 'registration of "agreement for sale of flat" then an amount equivalent to 7.5 % of the total amount towards cost of the flat / space will be forfeited. Balance booking money will be refunded after getting next booking for the same flat.
6) If Willing purchasers(s) fails(s) to pay the requisite installments as per schedule than an amount equivalent to 11.6 % for default money will be charged as interest.
